Welcome to Swabha Solutions. We refer to ourselves as the Company, We, or Us throughout this document. Thank you for choosing our services. We deeply value your trust and sincerely appreciate your business. Your decision to engage with Swabha Solutions reflects confidence in what we offer, and we are committed to delivering quality service experiences that meet your needs.

These Terms of Service govern all engagements between you and Swabha Solutions. By booking, purchasing, or using any service offered by Swabha Solutions, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms. These terms apply to all customers, clients, users, and partners who engage with Swabha Solutions services in any capacity, whether for personal, professional, or commercial purposes.

Swabha Solutions provides customized service solutions tailored to meet specific client requirements. Our services may include consulting, advisory, project management, technical support, or any other service we offer currently or in the future. The specific scope of services will be clearly defined in our service agreement, proposal, or booking confirmation provided to you before payment is processed.

All payments for Swabha Solutions services must be made in full before service delivery begins, unless otherwise agreed in writing. All payments are considered final once processed through our system. We accept payments via online methods, cash, bank transfers, and payment gateway transactions. Duplicate payments or accidental overpayments will not be refunded but may be credited toward future services at our discretion.

Payment failures due to customer issues such as insufficient funds, expired cards, or bank restrictions do not warrant refunds. Billing disputes must be raised within fourteen days of the transaction date. Swabha Solutions reserves the right to charge additional fees for unresolved billing issues that create administrative burdens. Late payments may result in service delays or suspension until full payment is received.

Our services are customized, time-sensitive, and require immediate allocation of resources. Once a service is reserved or initiated, significant costs are incurred including labor, scheduling, preparation, and opportunity costs from holding resources for the customer. Due to the nature of our services, all payments made for Swabha Solutions services are non-refundable under any circumstances. Once a service is booked and payment is processed, no refunds will be issued, and all sales are final.

This no refund policy applies comprehensively across all service bookings whether partially or fully completed. It covers cancellations initiated by the customer, changes in customer requirements, or any sense of dissatisfaction expressed after the service has been delivered. The policy also extends to promotional offers, discounts, and bundle deals ensuring consistency in how we handle all financial transactions related to our services.

Customers must review all service details carefully before making any payment. It is the customer’s responsibility to confirm availability, timings, and the complete scope of service before booking. We expect customers to provide accurate information required for smooth service delivery. Any changes requested after payment confirmation may not be accommodated as our resources are already allocated. Failure to fulfill service requirements due to customer negligence will not warrant a refund under any circumstances.

Cancellations made by the customer after payment will not result in a refund. Rescheduling requests may be considered at Swabha Solutions discretion but do not guarantee refunds. If Swabha Solutions cancels a service, alternative arrangements will be made but no refund will be provided. In cases of unavoidable cancellations, customers may receive credit for future services instead of refunds. Emergency rescheduling due to customer circumstances does not qualify for refunds.

If a customer is dissatisfied with the service quality, refunds will not be issued. Complaints should be submitted within seven days of service completion for review. Swabha Solutions may offer service improvements or compensatory measures instead of refunds. Subjective dissatisfaction such as personal preference does not qualify for refunds. Refunds will not be given for services that have been partially or fully delivered as resources have already been consumed.

Swabha Solutions retains ownership of all intellectual property including methodologies, documents, reports, and materials created during service delivery. Customers receive usage rights for the delivered service but do not obtain ownership of underlying intellectual property. Customers may not reproduce, distribute, or modify our proprietary materials without written permission from Swabha Solutions.

We maintain professional standards and will perform services with reasonable care and skill. However, Swabha Solutions cannot guarantee specific outcomes as results depend on various factors including customer cooperation, market conditions, and external circumstances. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service use. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific service.

This policy complies with applicable laws in Rajasthan, India. If a law requires a refund in specific circumstances, Swabha Solutions will follow legal mandates. This policy does not override any statutory rights granted under Indian consumer protection laws. Legal action regarding service disputes will be handled under Jaipur jurisdiction. Swabha Solutions may update these terms as per regulatory changes or business needs without prior notice.

These terms are part of the overall agreement with Swabha Solutions. In case of conflict between these terms and verbal assurances, these Terms of Service will prevail. By engaging Swabha Solutions services, customers fully accept and agree to these terms. Exceptions to these terms will only be considered in cases of proven fraud by Swabha Solutions. The final decision on any exceptions rests solely with Swabha Solutions management.

This policy will be displayed on our website. Customers will receive a link of these terms upon first booking. Updates will be communicated via email or website notices. Continued use of services after changes implies acceptance of updated terms. Customers may request a written copy of the current terms at any time. Swabha Solutions reserves the right to enforce these terms without prior notice.
