1. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the scheduled service time are eligible for a full refund or rescheduling at no extra cost.

If you are not satisfied with our cleaning service, please notify us within 24 hours. We will re-clean the areas of concern at no additional cost.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days. No-shows are not eligible for refunds.
